Dana M. D’Angelo has been in the practice of law since 1991 after his graduation from the Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and United States Virgin Islands Bars, as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey, Southern & Eastern Federal District Courts of New York and the Territorial Court of the Virgin Islands. He sits on the Lakeland Bank Advisory Board and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association as well as the Passaic County Bar Association. Mr. D’Angelo is currently a sitting municipal court Judge in addition to being a New Jersey Superior Court Certified Mediator. Practice areas include but are not limited to all aspects of family law, divorce, child custody, parenting and support, drafting of testamentary and non-testamentary documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and advanced health care directives, residential and commercial estate transactions and leasing, small business and corporate creation and advisement, and generally solving client problems. Mr. D’Angelo has also served as the Public Defender for the Borough of Bloomingdale, Borough of Kinnelon, Township of West Milford and the Borough of Pompton Lakes. He sits on both the Morris & Passaic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panels. Additionally he is a Superior Court of New Jersey Certified Mediator, Certified Foreclosure Mediator and Certified Municipal Court Mediator.
