Susan L. Tuzzeo has practiced law since 1993. After her graduation from Seton Hall Law School where she earned the prestigious Outstanding Family Law Clinician award, she clerked for Essex County Family Part Superior Court Judge, the Honorable James B. Convery. After maintaining private practice for some years, she joined the firm of D’Angelo & D’Angelo. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. She is an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association.
Ms. Tuzzeo has represented numerous clients in all aspects of family law from divorce, parenting time issues, custody, child support, spousal support and equitable distribution. In addition to her breadth of knowledge and experience in the family law arena, Ms. Tuzzeo has represented many clients in the Chancery Division Courts of this state enforcing testamentary provisions of wills as well as will contests.
